Huachi Terms of Service

Where this English version conflicts with the Simplified Chinese version, the Simplified Chinese version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Introduction
Welcome to Huachi. Huachi is an AI-assisted personalized merchandise service. You may describe a design idea, upload reference images, preview candidates, and order a physical product after confirmation.
These Terms, together with the following documents, form the rules between you and Huachi. We present the relevant notice when a feature is first used, and again whenever a separate confirmation is required:

1. Service description
1.1 Huachi provides design assistance, product preview, and customized ordering. Features, displayed information, pricing, and delivery arrangements may evolve with the product. For a confirmed formal order, the locked confirmation controls.
1.2 A formal purchase is determined by the order confirmation page, payment result, and order status. After payment confirmation, the order is governed by the Huachi Order Terms.
1.3 Customized goods are made to the design and specifications you confirm. Return, exchange, and cancellation rules differ from standard off-the-shelf goods. See the Huachi Order Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Huachi is not directed to children under 14. Users who are at least 14 but under 18 must use Huachi with a guardian’s consent and guidance. Transactions must be completed by a guardian or with a guardian’s clear consent.
2.2 Do not upload child-sensitive images, child-inappropriate content, or any content that may harm minors.
3. Your content and responsibility
3.1 You are responsible for text, images, design requests, and other materials you enter, upload, or sync (“Your Content”), and you must have the necessary rights or permission.
3.2 Do not upload or use content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, reputation, or other lawful rights. See the Huachi User Upload & IP Policy.
3.3 If your intentional or negligent upload of unlawful or infringing content directly causes a third-party complaint, claim, or reasonable loss to Huachi, you are liable to the extent of your fault and causation. Huachi will still handle complaints and perform its own review, notice, and takedown duties as required by law.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not use Huachi to create, upload, share, or attempt to produce the following, or engage in the following:
- Content that violates law, including content that endangers national security, incites subversion, terrorism, extremism, gambling, drugs, fraud, or pyramid schemes;
- Obscene, pornographic, child-sexual-exploitation, or other minor-inappropriate content;
- Content that infringes intellectual-property, likeness, privacy, or reputation rights, including unauthorized brand marks, celebrity images, or others’ works;
- Hate, discrimination, harassment, violent threats, or defamation;
- False advertising, misleading commercial claims, or impersonation;
- Malware, viruses, or attempts to interfere with, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Huachi or third-party systems;
- Forging, altering, or removing AI-generated-content labels, or presenting AI output as purely human-made for deceptive purposes;
- Other content or conduct unsuitable for customized production or prohibited by law.
5. AI-generated results
5.1 AI output is a candidate produced from your input and system processing. Huachi does not warrant that AI results are unique, original, accurate, registrable, commercially usable, production-ready, or free from similarity to third-party content.
5.2 Before saving, sharing, or ordering, review wording, patterns, people, brands, and other elements. See the Huachi AI Generated Content Disclaimer.
5.3 Under the Measures for the Labeling of AI-Generated and Synthetic Content, Huachi adds explicit or implicit labels to AI-generated content. You must not delete, alter, or forge those labels.
6. Processing of information
To provide the service, Huachi may store, process, convert, and display your inputs and uploads, and use them to generate design candidates, keep personalization preferences, improve the experience, troubleshoot issues, and perform security review. Details are in the Huachi Privacy Policy.
7. Orders and transactions
7.1 Order formation, price, payment, cancellation, production, delivery, quality handling, and after-sales service are governed by the Huachi Order Terms. Before submitting an order, confirm the design, product specifications, and price, and understand customized-goods return limits.
7.2 Huachi may refuse an order or cancel it before production if the content is unlawful, rights are doubtful, production is impossible, or safety risks exist, and will refund amounts you have paid, if any.
8. Content restriction and removal
If we believe content may be unlawful, infringing, in breach of these Terms, or may create risk for users, third parties, or Huachi, we may refuse generation, hide, delete, or restrict the content, suspend related features, or suspend or terminate your access, and may report to competent authorities when required.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 The Huachi app, interfaces, brand, software, and default assets are owned by Huachi or its licensors. Without permission, you may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the service.
9.2 Rights and licenses in Your Content and designs generated with Huachi are governed by the Huachi User Upload & IP Policy and the Huachi AI Generated Content Disclaimer.
10. Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. If a material change occurs, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
11. Disclaimers
11.1 Huachi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the service useful and stable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, or that every result will match your expectations.
11.2 If force majeure, telecom or cloud outages, or third-party AI failures outside our reasonable control affect the service, we will take timely mitigation, recovery, and notice measures, and bear responsibility as required by law and these Terms.
12. Limitation of liability
Huachi is responsible under applicable law for product quality, erroneous fulfillment, personal-information processing, and service conduct. Losses that depend on fault, causation, and foreseeability are determined by negotiation or a competent authority. These Terms do not use standard clauses to unreasonably exempt Huachi, increase your burden, or exclude your primary rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Parties may first negotiate or use consumer complaint or mediation channels; if unresolved, either party may sue in a court with jurisdiction. This section does not limit consumers’ statutory dispute-resolution options.
14. Contact and complaints
If you believe content in Huachi infringes your rights, or you want your content or data deleted, email support@huachi.tech with the necessary details. The complaint process is described in section 7 of the Huachi User Upload & IP Policy.
15. Updates
We may update these Terms and related documents. Material changes will be noticed in-app or by other prominent means, with version and effective date. Where law requires fresh consent, or the change involves new personal-information processing purposes, methods, or categories, we will ask again for your active confirmation. You may refuse non-essential changes and stop using related optional features.
